| Standard delivery: this costs £4.95 per order - no matter how many parcels we send. In-stock items are dispatched the next day - please allow 7 to 10 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. |

| Returns |
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
At Joana leigh Ltd we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
- If you are not happy with your Joana Leigh Ltd goods please return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is deemed faulty by Joana leigh Ltd.
